Terms of service
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These terms cover your use of OpenTools: the website, the API, the CLI and the MCP server. By creating an account or sending a request you agree to them.
Who we are
OpenTools is run by Fulin Labs. Contact: giovannifulin@gmail.com.
What OpenTools does
OpenTools lets you search a catalog of tools and APIs, read an endpoint's schema, run it, and pay from one prepaid balance. Most tools are run by third-party providers. We pass your request to the provider and return its answer.
Your account and keys
You are responsible for what happens under your account and your API keys. Anyone with a key can spend your balance, so keep keys out of chat messages, shell history and source code. If a key leaks, revoke it in the dashboard.
Balance
- You prepay a balance, and runs are charged against it.
- Spending controls (a daily budget and a per-call cap) can block a run before it starts. A blocked run is not charged.
Third-party providers
A provider is responsible for its own tool, its output and its handling of your input. We do not promise that a tool is accurate, available or fit for your purpose. A tool marked unverified has not been reviewed by us.
Acceptable use
- Do not use OpenTools to break the law or to harm others.
- Do not try to get around spending controls, rate limits or the access rules of a provider.
- If you list a server, it must be yours to list, and OpenTools may reach it only through its public address. We may remove a listing at any time.
Availability
OpenTools is an early product. We may change it, pause it or end it.
Changes
We will change the date at the top of this page when the terms change.
